Lydia Parson-Box Chair – nailheads – channel back
Description
Solid maple wood chair. Includes parson-box seat using no-sag springs and high-density flame retardant foam. Fully upholstered inside and outside back. Box back perimeter with piping at outside back and with vertical channel stitching at inside back as shown in the picture . Pavar’s standard nailheads on either side of back legs (as shown in image: 1″ spacing, center-to-center). Available in Pavar’s standard stain color options (water based) and a 35° sheen topcoat lacquer. Standard rounded nylon nail-in glides.

STANDARD WIPING STAINS
Hand-Applied, Exposure of Wood Grain.
A wiping stain finish is achieved by over-applying the stain color and then wiping it off before it dries. It achieves a finish that is far more natural in appearance than standard spray stains.
A wiping stain showcases the wood grain and celebrates the natural variations in wood tones.

STANDARD SPRAY STAINS
Uniform, Even Stain Application.
Standard stain finishes are achieved through a steady and evenly applied stain using spray stain guns. In contrast to a wiping stain, the spray stain is left to dry and provides more coverage to the wood grain. Darker stain finishes tend to soften the look of the wood grain.

DISTRESSED FINISH
Aged & Weathered.
To distress the finish, the sander is used on the surface of the furniture, once the paint has dried.
With an emphasis on the edges, a gentle sanding distresses the paint and lacquer allowing the
underlying base color and/or raw wood to show through.

ANTIQUE FINISH
Scratches, Notches, and Dents.
An antique finish is a process by which we notch, dent, and strike the wood to give the appearance of an aged piece of furniture, adding depth and character.

L-SHAPPED GUARDRAILS
CHROME L-SHAPED – included, standard option.
A chrome L-shaped guardrail is included on the front stretcher for all barstools and ADA stools.
Brass and black L-shaped guardrails are available and will incur a surcharge.
The option to install guardrails on the back and side stretchers is available and will incur a surcharge.
